Dirty towels, toilet wasn't flushing right, other dirty areas. People were partying, hollering downstairs and being loud. They were throwing those things that pop on the ground. They also brought grills with them. I didn't think you were allowed to do that. Staff was really friendly though. When I told them about the toilet not flushing right, they came up and fixed it within about 15 minutes. I couldn't get in my room with my key card and I yelled down to room service since they were downstairs and they came running up the stairs to help. Other than that, very shady place. Someone was tugging on my door handle too I think. Very scary. Did not feel safe there at all. Really wish I could get my money back.

I booked a weekend stay on July 23rd-24th through Priceline after father's day . Before my stay I called to make sure my reservations were on track. Whomever answered phone said I had no reservations. No interest helping me or looking any further with the issue. Within minutes I called back with confirmation of my booking. The older gentlemans demeanour was unwelcoming, unfriendly and definitely didn't care if I stayed or I didn't. With that alone I cancelled my my reservation and booked with a different hotel for the weekend.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. We stayed on June 25th. The cable didn’t work, and TV was fuzzy. We had to get let in our room because the door would stick, so we couldn’t leave or someone would be letting us in all night. The fridge was warm and didn’t keep any of our food or drinks cold, including my insulin. The remote didn’t work and there were ROACHES. In the drawers and on top of them. I’m sure other places. We didn’t want breakfast because the place was gross. I would love a refund.
