AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Insurance company referred us to them to repair our Tahoe after a minor collision. They took forever. Did awful work. And reassembled improperly causing additional damage. Took forever to get back in touch with them to get the additional damage repaired and after they completed the additional repairs they caused, CHARGED MY WIFE for the repairs. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM, EVER!

they totaled my car which turned out to be a blessing. Like the 6 million dollar man, bigger and stronger and much better is what I now have. God is gud. Never get caught up in disappointment because if you live right, there is always a blessing hidden in your disappointment.

The Manager was told by me the estimate was way to high for my repair. It actually took me 3 weeks to be able for him to return my cal. Once I called him out on it he called USAA to deny my service. He knew they were committing fraud. Local businesses in our community should have integrity and take care of the community and not rob the customers. This is a thief manager and he is ruining this reputation of Gerber. Plus the receptionist always acts like she’s clueless. I would avoid this place. Don’t believe the response to this review. They never did contact me. You give them a try and find out for yourself. The manager is very dishonest and the company covers for him. Very shady company. Read below. No one contacted me. Give it a try and call and ask for the manager. Listen to him. No idea in what he is doing. Cannot believe they try to justify him or their company. I may file a claim against them.
