My order was placed as usual at my primary store. Only to find out that GE system decided to place my order at another store. A store that I have never shopped at. I arrived at my primary store, only to be told that they do not have an order. My primary store could not locate my order, I needed to go online to find the location. I found my order, 12 miles away from where I live, need to drive during rush hour. It took me 2 hours to finally get my order. Great experience with the sophisticated GE web site.

Is it Giant Eagle policy to make black customers feel uncomfortable? I was checking out this evening and one of the employees stopped and stood inches from my cart just staring at me. This lasted for almost 30 seconds. As I began to turn around, to ask if I could help her she walked away. I have been coming to this location for years, but unless you do something about this, I will alert others to avoid this place accordingly. I tried contacting customer service via online, but it would not allow me to submit my concerns.
