I had really hoped for a better experience. The woman at the front desk who answers the phone won't hesitate to argue with you if you use a swear word. Regardless of the context. Shes very unprofessional and reactive towards situations she should be calm in. I wouldn't have sworn on the phone if she hadn't started getting defensive saying things that actually weren't even true. I'm so extremely worried this process wasn't completed properly. My court hearing occured over the phone, and I haven't heard from the attorney since then.
