They have this one guy. Every time someone black walks in (young, or older). He walks from behind the counter and literally watches you get what you need. He follows people around the store, and he talks to you any type of way. The owner knows about it and has done nothing about it

Has anyone else had their stolen credit card numbers used at this store? I am trying to find a common location that there might be a skimmer (device that reads numbers). Thank you!
