Great ups! I have lived here a year and have frequented this location. Each time employees are alert and waiting to help, they work quickly so the queue stays short. They are knowledgeable and helpful - I have showed up clueless a few times how to ship something and they have easily assisted me.

Incredibly rude teenager working one of the desks. Another lady there was very helpful and had to override the rude kid. She was great; he was appallingly rude. REPLY TO BUSINESS: I wasn't hostile at all, I was just responding to your rude employee. Amazon themselves told me I didn't need a package, I just had to bring the item to the UPS store and you would package it for me. If that's not how you want things to operate, please inform Amazon so they can stop giving customers false information. Regardless, none of that excuses the incredibly rude behavior by your employee.

The absolute worst and a total rip off with rude employees beyond rude. Avoid and go to another ups store. They will eventually charge the air you breathe when you walk in this place.
