This review is actually from a while back because I’ve gone back-and-forth with if I wanted to post about My experience. The service was good. However the receptionist in charge of phones was so rude and disrespectful that I haven’t gone back and I live super close. Basically I had a car insurance claim and the information got miscommunicated or some thing, I was told by progressive to contact them To get information for my paperwork for my insurance check. Now without going into too much detail it has been some time for this paperwork to get done so I understand her being caught off guard but her attitude was horrendous. Almost felt like she made a joke out of my situation and it’s like it could be a mess up on progressive’s part but I’m assuming you have a car. I’m the one with a lost car trying to get my insurance check, was told to call this place, and now you’re telling me that you don’t know what I’m talking about. (It’s a small town, I’m sure I’m not well liked personally by them. But you’re still a business. And I came to your services for help. ) It seem trivial at the time but I felt like I should make a review because an attitude like that can hurt a business. I get it you may not like every customer you come in contact with or they might annoy you but if they’re having car troubles, since that’s a stressful situation, and they came to you to fix it; At least don’t mock them.
