I’ve worked with PAHS for over 10 years, and they’ve done wonderful things for the community. They are not a animal shelter, so you won’t be able to pick up a new pet. They also do not provide vet services so they are not somewhere to bring your pet. What they do is help lower income residents pay for vet bills, help spay and neuter strays/feral animals, and provide education to the community through really unique programs. Their physical address is 4000 Middlefield Rd Suite D7 in Palo Alto, however due to Covid the staff works remotely and is unable to accommodate visitors at this time. Suite B7 was their prior suite previous to Cubberly and the Parks Department removing most tenants due to future plans. I’ve helped them update their address on Google in the past, but it can be temperamental and often reverts to older addresses. I’ve spoken with some of the staff and they’re very sorry for the inconvenience. Please make sure to call or email if you need help.

The address is wrong. I spent all the entire afternoon trying to find it and people says there’s no humane society there.

My male cat has literally had to have to two emergency surgeries due to a blockage and if it wasn't for them I would not have been able to afford the surgeries that are saving my cats life. I am so thankful and will forever be grateful for their help.
