Great Place Owner is Awesome went over and above my expectations and was even there later than usual working hours to get my car in safely so that it was indoors overnight so the work can be started the following day. Also stayed a few mins later than that to wait so he knew my ride arrived to pick me up. Talk about Customer Service if you need a great place this is it folks!! Newest update had some more work done and yes indeed still 110% effort and satisfaction achieved and value definitely still the highest I could have expected! Still the best place to take my car, highly recommend Jin to anyone that asks me for the best quality without the dealership price hike and run around.

Questions & Answers

Hi Doug, Can you tell me why when I get my brakes pads replaced they also want to replace the rotors? Logic would tell me; the pads are made of asbestos and the rotors are made of steel. Why would the steel wear away?

It should only be when the pads are worn down to the steel,that's when the rotors get damaged. Obviously cuz you have steel on steel. If your pads didn't get that bad then chances are the rotors are fine. There are a lot of scammers out there that want you to replace things that don't need it, the brake system is notorious for those kind of people.

Is it better to make an appointment or just show up

It's best to go to the shop in citrus heights!!! DOUG has horrible customer service. They say one thing do another!! Will never go back!

What would make my 2002 oldsmobile bravada lose power to the radio and control panel on drivers door for power all at same time and then powered seats and dash went out next .Now the interior lights and tail lights have gone out

Well i open it put gas an put the cap back on. Close it up an it sputters. An dose not want to stay on.

I had a similar issue with my '05 Nissan Altima. Turned out my alternator was bad. Car started up just fine, battery light came on then car died while driving. After sitting for a few, started back up.
