No one answers the phone. So many problems here. Maintenance allows the bark park to be a huge litter box. Kids play in the bark park and step in waste and then play on the playground. Won't allow my children on anymore. Tenants are allowed to be unruly and loud, which also includes dogs barking in lanai's and balconies all the time. Quality does not match the price. I get why many are moving out.

A great community with lots of nice sidewalks and lots of nice places to walk your dog keep in mind you will have to pick up after your dog but they do offer green bags in almost every part of the property to take care of their needs what an apartment complex I love this place

Lived here with my husband for 3 years and moved out a few weeks ago. At first this place was great, maintenance came in a timely manner and if you ever had to speak with someone about anything they could offer you solutions for just about anything. However, within the past 6 months cockroaches became a pretty severe issue even with extermination services coming in and spraying; they would literally just come flying out of the air vents. There wasn't a time when I would open up my shower curtain and you wouldn't find cockroaches crawling around somewhere in the shower. The last 2-3 weeks I was living there I had to cook in the dark because maintenance wouldn't come to change my long fluorescent light in the kitchen. I tried calling the office multiple times about the lighting issue and since no one in the office picks up the phone anymore I could never speak to anybody about it. I also ended up finding out from neighbors we were paying about 200 dollars more a month than they were for some unknown reason, but of course didn't find that out until we were about to move out. The apartments themselves aren't the greatest looking, especially if you're in an unrenovated one like my husband and I were. Walls were patched horribly from previous tenants, caulking in the shower was molding and cracked and needed to be redone, but since maintenance wasn't stopping by I didn't bother putting in a request for it. Overall our experience here, especifically because of the last 6 months, was pretty terrible and I would not recommend anyone live here. And I would love for them to comment on this review to give them a call about my concerns, because as I mentioned earlier, no one answers the phone anyways. Stay as far away from this place as you can.

I've been living at this property for 3 years since 2019, My wife and I had moved here from Texas when I Retired from the US. Navy. When we arrived Mrs. Laurie was very helpful and helped us get a very good rate while listening to our concerns. The property is very well maintained and the staff has always been very responsive to my maintenance requests. Which btw Maintenance was absolutely wonderful Mr. Terrence, John & Melvin! When we have had issues with rent increases in the past, the property managers were very respectful and patient, while they listened to our concerns and were able to explain and help mitigate out issues in a friendly and productive manner. We know times this year are much tougher than previous years due to Covid-19 and inflation. The staff here, especially Mrs. Laurie had been helping us stay within our budget as we are still a young couple.

Yes from 7mo to a year or month to month
No. In fact the rent here is slightly above average for what you get. The whole place is right at basic I have a 2 bedroom apartment at $1,460 a month. I guess it's the location that jacks the price up because in general everything is outdated and mediocre at best.
I believe so....there will probably just be a higher deposit
New management is upping the rent and has fired half of the maintenance staff. Gutters have bee clogged for years. When it rains the upper open porches flood out the enclosed porches.
Viable point
They do on certain buildings towards the back
