Location location location. Need I say more. On the water hotel with bridge that leads to restaurants and shopping. The hotel is a bit older but has lots of charm. There is access to the beach from the parking area. The waterfall is wonderful to view and relax by. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They allow dogs which is always a good thing for us since we travel with our fur kids.Definitely will visit again.

I was there in the summer, but it was colder than usual but the stay was great. The wifi was vv spotty but hoping it would improve someday. I heard great things and I am glad I stayed. One of the best lodges I stayed at, honestly.

Wonderful location on the river (with a waterfall!), across from historic Fishtown and The Cove (one of Michigan's best seafood restaurants. Management is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and all face the water. Note: Small parking lot - you may not be able to park on-site if you're a late arrival.

My wife and I recently stayed here for our wedding anniversary, and we had a wonderful time at Falling Waters Lodge. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was quite nice to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view of the dam. The noise from the dam is not overwhelming, but it provided some pleasant white noise to fall asleep to. The staff was very helpful in providing some suggestions for places to eat around town. Since some of the restaurants close relatively early, it was helpful to have suggestions about which restaurants had later hours. We took the staff member up on a few suggestions and had a great experience at all of them. We definitely plan on coming back here again.
