Excellent food, still thinking about the corn risotto 7 days later. The menu is short but you can tell a lot of thought was put into each dish to make them creative and seasonal. Highly recommend Birch & Maple if you're in the area!

Amazing dinner Sunday night! I would highly recommend the muscles and clam appetizer. It was so good we couldn’t stop eating it. I ordered the smash burger which was delicious and my husband ordered the risotto which was good but not as amazing as everything else we had. The service was excellent!

I wish I could give this place 6 stars! My wife said her caesar salad was the best she'd ever had and my chicken and waffle was the best I've tasted bar none. Staff was super friendly and courteous. The vibe was Northern, but also trendy. We have a new favorite restaurant up north!

Encouraged to make a reservation, somehow we got in without one. Food was excellent, I ordered the pork loin. The drinks were just as good, Nick whipped up a couple cocktails for me and a delicious mocktail for my wife. Thank you for helping us enjoy our first anniversary!
