This dealer feels as if they have to add $5000-$10,000 over sticker due to market conditions. What a joke!!! I wont ever consider doing business with this establishment, even when market conditions change and they are begging people to buy their vehicles.

Due to COVID and the shortage of cars, we were forced to purchase a Prius from whom ever had the best price and availability. Greg Leblanc Toyota of Houma had a Prius due in with in a couple of weeks. We put $1K down and waited. The car came in and we had to drive about 150 miles from Mississippi to pick it up. The sales lady that we had, Alicia Knight, we found out failed to inform us of a few things about the car. I had to ask about the spare tire or as we found out the lack of one. We had a blowout within the first 2 months and couldn't get the inflator (basically a Fix a Flat system) to work right. We had to call a wrecker. Once at the Toyota Dealership in Slidell, they didn't know anything about replacing the fix a flat system, this was one of the many things that were not explained by Ms. Knight. Then came the License Plates. We got a Louisiana temp plate as normal. A few days before the plate expired, I called to find out the status of the title (we were doing a plate transfer). The lady had problems finding the paperwork. Once she did she said she would call me back that afternoon, this was a Thursday. I was never called back so I waited until Monday. She didn't answer the phone, so I left a call back number and was never contacted. My wife got a call from somebody saying the paperwork was at the DMV/Tax Officer in Poplarville. As it turned out they misplaced out paperwork and overnighted to Mississippi (the Tax office showed me the envelope). Then as it turned out they spelt my name incorrectly (James instead of Eric). Then they listed the color of the color of the car incorrectly (Black instead of Sea Glass Pearl). Finally, because they delayed the paperwork, we had a $32 Late fee that we had to pay. I didn't want to get a Toyota, but my wife was persistent about getting a Prius, we did. I can grantee she will not make that argument anymore and this the last Toyota we will own.

That all depends on the car that you lease - its not one price for all - And I say again you must call the dealership its not a question for the consumer to answer
