I went to upgrade my phone at the store one memorial day. Unprofessional approach, inflated my monthly cost without explaining, while transferring my files took more than an hour and did not even care to do it, it was just sitting on the table without attention.. came out feeling cheated and degraded. Added features that I was not aware of. I will never visit that store again. Did not look like there was a pride for the job, handling affairs of hers on the phone while I am there sitting and waiting for the set up, very rude and does not seem to understand custome service means. I guess it was all about hitting sales numbers. I don't think you should have people like that working there.
