With the full renovation of the living floors a couple years ago, this MENS' LOWER INCOME RESIDENCE is clean, secure and mostly quiet. The upper three floors have 94 small rooms with common bathrooms on every floor. (Also private handi-capable bathrooms). The recreational area, the YMCA part, has not been renovated and is currently gathering dust while the budget / grants are recalculated..
