I contracted a Unit from CubeSmart in Hoboken and when I arrived with my items, the unit was at a high location and the ladder to be used to store the items wouldn't even fit well at the entrance of the unit. In addition the size of the unit was SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than the size contracted. When I asked the Storage unit employee he said the size was an "approximate" size. I cancelled it immediately - DON'T CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SEE THE UNIT.

Gate close is supposed to be at 10pm , I'm here with some other customers at 6:30pm yet, the access is denied. We can't get to our storage space. Leaving a 2 star because the manager Luis was great when i opened the account here.

I had a reservation on the day the office was closed and when I went to open my unit a key lock was on it. I was told it would be a combination lock. I call the 800# and she was able to get someone out there as an emergency to open my unit. I was very grateful!
