Came here twice in two weeks not because of anything bad they did. One time my kids messed up my computer and another time my kid broke her cellphone screen. Both times was very welcomed and let me know estimate time that items would be ready. Was not disappointed with the work.

Was having PC issues a few months ago, and took my computer to this shop to get it evaluated and checked out to see what was causing my computer to randomly shut off. They realized it was the motherboard and told me they could order me a new one and get it all fixed up - the dude said my options were a $300 dollar motherboard, or a $200 motherboard. Of course I said well I don't want this to happen again so lets do the $300 motherboard. I don't know why I waited so long to see which one they installed, but turns out it's a $65 motherboard brand new on amazon....To say the least I'm sick to my stomach and can't believe they gouged me like this. I would go inside the store to confront him but knowing how angry I am, would probably get arrested. This is not cool. If you had any decency you would refund the money you overcharged me. $600+ to put in a new mother board is outrageous. Should have been $300/$350 TOPS with installation and the original evaluation. $80 for the evaluation, $40 to research which motherboards fit my components, $100 for installation, and $65 for the motherboard. THATS $285. Do not do business with these people.

This is my second time I have had my laptops reset to factory settings. My laptops were giving me error after error of not being able reset. Took my two laptops in and in a matter or a few hours they were ready for use. (Both worked well and didn’t have any issues) Aside from that, I also had my laptop updated, so my quickbooks app for school was not able to open, due to not being compatible to “Microsoft Edge.” I struggled one whole week. Quickbooks tech support was no help since I had to go through ext. after ext. I was getting frustrated so I decided to call Central Valley Geeks. I explained to them my issue and they were able to help me step by step on how to have it work!!! They completely saved me and helped me with a huge headache! 100% recommend getting there services with any of your services you may need!!! Thank you so much!!!

This is actually a common problem we run into allot with some customers who don't actually know which model phone they have when they first call us. Many people believe that they have a certain model phone when infact they have a completely different model phone. Prices we give are based on the information given to us when you call. The second common misunderstanding is that when you call we may be offering a discount on a certain phone screen model or we may be running a promotion and you were not aware of that promotion when you called in. Please understand that when you come into our store our prices are listed publicly for everyone to see, we do not hide our prices. This has been the case since we opened in 2004.

We work on them yes however we do not repair the hdmi or usb ports.
