Every time we come here it’s great: The same staff clean rooms we bring our dog. The rooms are nothing special but the prices are good for the area. The hotel is clean staff is nice. Definitely better hotels in area although we like it here.

Positive: the guy at the front desk who answered the phone when I told him my flight was cancelled and I was going to be arriving a day late - handled everything kindly and professionally. Negative: Room smelled like smoke - took 1-1/2 hours to move us (and only when we insisted) and ended up moving my 80 YO mother and I from 2 double beds to sharing a king - no apologies or comp offered. Location is great with shopping and restaurants near by. Check in was easy and Sean (I think that’s his name, he had tattoos) was wonderful. He was so helpful and upbeat. The hotel itself is extremely run down and old. The room was not clean and the shower had hair and staining all over it. The drawers next to the bed were sticky. The elevator stopped working at one point. Would not stay here again.

Positive: The room was huge and very clean. Housekeeping ladies were very friendly and did a wonderful job with cleaning. The front desk very friendly and helpful. Negative: They allow dogs Big dogs on long leashes.Everyone doesn't like dogs up close and personal.
