First time playing the course. Very impressed! Great layout. Many doglegs with blind shots. A lot of trees but trimmed high so you can play through, if you like a challenge. Overall good shape. Greens were in good shape, fast with contours so most putts had some break. Greens were firm, they had not airated yet, so it was hard to attack the pins. Fairways were also in very good condition. Staff was very friendly and customer services focused. Shout out to Noah, for making out group feel welcome! I'll be back!!

Be careful to check/confirm your tee time reservation. Their system has some difficulty handling simultaneous telephone and online reservations and the staff were very competent in resolving the problem at the course. The golf course was in excellent condition. The greens were outstanding. Some issues from recent heavy rain as the ground crew (1) was working hard to repair bunkers.

We came to this golf course during our stay at the Hueston Woods Lodge. We love golfing so we had high hopes. As we were teeing off a group behind us kept talking loudly and driving up to our tee and distracting us. Annoying but whatever. By hole 3 it was pouring so hardly that we were soaked completely. We drove back to the clubhouse and they reluctantly gave us another tee time for the next morning. Not really a physical rain check but oh well. We drove away. The next morning it poured again so we called to let them know we wouldn’t be golfing and to resolve our rain check situation. Nobody answered and we left a message. I never got a call back. We had to drive back home and lost our money. Pretty disappointing.

Excellent and interesting golf course beyond the city limits of Oxford. Not many on the course which made it very enjoyable. Course is in good shape although some of the bunkers were impacted by some strong rainstorms the previous week. The person in the pro shop who took our money was very friendly and attentive.
