Not dependable at all. Wouldnt know if they have work because they dont answer calls period. I went there and they recommended me another temp service that doesnt ever have work and drug test on site and dont find you work which is Express thats walking distance from kelly services.

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would! Never have I endured such a horrible hiring experience! I was originally hired for a full time position at a school. I went in for orientation and did my fingerprints the same day. Bought all my uniforms and waited for a week for my background check to come back. I was then notified that I needed to login and accept my work assignment. So I logged in and the only assignments I seen were for 1 day here and there jobs. So I tried to reach out to the lady that hired me and I got no response. I tried her office phone again the next day and was hung up on TWICE! I texted and I called and left voicemails and nothing. Then I get a phone call from a different lady yesterday and she’s trying to hire me for the same position I was already hired for! I explained to her what was going on and she said she would reach out to the original lady who hired me and see what was going on and call me back and that she would make sure to call me back the SAME DAY and of course that didn’t happen. I tried calling back today and no answer, what a shock. Mind you this all started on August 7th. Lol

Worst hiring experience ever! Did everything i needed to do to get ready for a job they hired me for. Did fingerprints orientation was just waiting for prints to come back so i could start. I had a couple background checks done that year for diffrent reasons so I know everything cane back fine. Went and bought all my uniforms i needed to start. I called for 6 weeks and they kept telling me they hadn't heard anything. The last call i made the girl that i talked to sounded agitated at me for calling and asking about the job so i never called back and neither did they.
