I don't mind the long waits and lines because this seems to be the busiest Starbucks in the area and the employees are mostly nice but at this point I'd rather drive further to another Starbucks. If you plan to get any modifications on a drink, expect it to be wrong! The labels on the cups will be correct, exactly how it should be rung up yet the drink will be wrong. I've wasted so much money paying for caramel drizzle, extra shots, etc. because they will *not* be added. I once ordered shots over ice with half and half and the person at the window handed me just the shots and tried to say there was creamer already in it...doesn't even make sense. I've ordered a blended pink drink and was handed a drink without any ice at all and the cold foam was half melted like they hadn't properly blended it. Anything with cold foam will look like they had one drop of of sweet cream left and decided to put that on there yet you pay like $1-$2 for it. I understand they're busy and drinks won't always be made perfectly for that reason but too many mistakes are made.This location needs more quality control, training, and staff.

I generally stop by the Starbucks once or twice a week… The baristas are friendly and The location is convenient. This location is very busy-however the team works well and I rarely ever have to wait… The one downside to being so busy is they seem to frequently be out of particular things, such as oat milk.

There was a very long line for drive thru however the coffee was very good and exactly as ordered.

the shop was clean & staff were super friendly, especially the barista named Turner who was kind, enthusiastic, and went above and beyond. my drink was ok - it was a new menu item and i didn’t realize it comes standard with blonde espresso as opposed to signature. next time i will order with signature espresso and i think i will like it better! the a/c did appear to be out while i was there, and while it wasn’t too bad in the shop for customers since we’re not in the thick of summer heat yet, i felt bad for the workers who i’m sure were much warmer behind the bar.
