I just left from placing an order in drive thru. Was told had only 3 of the chocolate munchkins left. Say ok. I want the 3 chocolate and 7 of the glazed. Got to the window the person ask me what I ordered. Told her. Got home. No chocolate what so ever. That’s why I do not like drive thru. Bad service.

Coffee is always made perfectly but they tend to microwave bagels even if you ask for it to not be toasted. Bagels should never be microwaved since this makes them chewy & inedible.

I have been coming to Dunkin’ for over 10 years now. The service has gotten worse over the years. Don’t get me wrong dayshift is great however evening and weekend shift is awful. They don’t want to answer the speaker after 830 and they close at 9… Furthermore they all seem to have a attitude or don’t want to work. You even see some of them changing clothes ready to leave instead of working

THEY PUT NAPKINS IN MY BAG!!! You don't realize how often napkins are forgotten and the absence of this small biodegradable wipe really ruins a meal-on-the-go! Great customer service, fast drive-thru and the Avocado toast featured here is not too shabby. Very friendly people work here so they still get 5-Stars because they at least remembered the napkins. And they leave more than one napkin.
