This is a great gym. Really clean. Such a huge selection of machines. The trainers are friendly and didn’t make me feel wimpy. Very inclusive feeling.

I use to love this gym for one reason, John the personal trainer. John was unrightfully let go. After buying sessions and spending a lot of money FOR JOHN the gym refuse to give my money back and want me to train with there other "trainers". I have been working with John a long time and he is the best. Will follow him anywhere. Other than that, some friendly staff but management needs to be fixed for sure.

Hi Damascus, for someone who was a member for 3 years it seems like you liked it here. Also as we told you your $50 has been refunded. Yes a certified letter for our members protection. The receipt is your proof of cancellation. You never sent us a cancellation letter but chose to bad mouth us because you didn't feel you needed to follow that policy. The new cancellation rules for gyms specify, members can cancel by email, or by mail. We have had this practice in place since 2001 when we opened. In a world of he said she said we want to make sure our customers are taken care of fairly and unfortunately like all businesses being inundated with issues we are handling things in as timely aa fashion s possible. We have complied with all CDC guidelines and we are happy to be able to service our members. Stay safe and healthy through out the holidays.
At night the night staff doesn't sit at the desk. They sleep in the back. Its not safe. Hope they aren't open 24 hours
You can find a gym - but not this one. At 15 find some folks who want to work with you and have character. These people don't. And most of the equipment is out of date.
Don't do it. They have no contracts but you have to cancel with a certified letter. Then when you cancel they still charge you. They are thiefs. Taking things without permission is stealing. Once an error. Twice your character.
Military? Are you serious? That implies character and honesty. These people have none. Its a gym with out of date equipment and they take unauthorized charges from your account. They have no contracts - but you have to cancel with a certified letter. How crazy does that sound...
