I pay $90 a month for internet only. It goes off all the time as bad as Entergy. No rain, no wind, no snow or ice. Perfect sunny day and no internet. It's going off more and more lately. I want to try another company but I think Cox has a monopoly in New Orleans.

I picked up an internet box from this location. Made it all the way home to find the supplied power cord did not fit anywhere on the box!!! I called the store to make sure I wasn’t missing something, and the lady transferred me to an automated system!!! So I called a different Cox store and was informed the wrong power cords were being placed in the box. And I would have to come back to get the correct power cord. This was so inconvenient. I live 30 minutes away. Now I have to waste my gas and drive all the way back, WAIT AGAIN to be helped, and drive back home. Over an hour of my time wasted because someone doesn’t know how to do their job. If the wrong power cord is a known issue then why aren’t the associates trained to check the box before the customer leaves?!! I’m so sick of people not doing their jobs. Everywhere you go, everyone seems to be completely incompetent!!!!

The product is fine. I like the new stores and easy pick up for wifi. I ordered service one month in order to move in 2-3 weeks later. I am being charged from my order date, not the date I activated the service. I was told differently over the phone when I ordered. Chatted today with another customer service rep, no escalation or willingness to help credit even one month. Disappointed, but I had low expectations to begin with.

Depends on the nature of your call. Check your recent bill for your pin (4digits) and the telephone number. Technical support is available and other business may wait until next business day. If you do not have your pin, the last 4 digits of the Soc Sec # for primary user will suffice.
