VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m a traveler here on business and tonight 10/08/2022 I ordered 2 pizzas and wings which totaled 44.00 and some change . I called the store after placing my order to ask if the store could prepare my wings well done , the manager answered stating they did not have my order in there system, although I specifically chose this store because of the distance from my hotel, I offered very politely to give him the order number, he/she (not sure who or what I was speaking to) started yelling and hung up the phone on me . I called back after receiving an update that an employee Latony did a quality check on my pizza at 9:11 pm and the same person answered again insisting that they did not have my order . I asked if they had someone named Latony that works there, he then got really quiet… I then asked for a refund for my experience he claimed again very sure of himself that they did not have my order and asked if I could check my bank statement to confirm the store number , I confirmed the store number and was again met with an awkward silence (because he knew he was dead wrong for treating me in such way!!) he hung up again of course without saying a word smh ! I will NEVER ever order food from this piece of trash establishment ever again . Update!!! Order has arrived and THIS IS WHAT I GOT -_- COLD HARD PIZZA !!!!
