Cash is still king in Old Bethpage. Bring change or quarters for the machine, no CC accepted. This is a well oiled facility. I drove here from Lynbrook every couple of weeks. The customers are also respectful and do not blast music with the exception of the occasional oddball. I personally go very late at night so I can hand wash without holding up the line for the other customers.

Good self service car wash. It's $7 for 7 minutes. Gives you plenty of soap and wax. However I don't think there's a dryer there.

For those who prefer to do it yourself, and avoid getting scratches from automatic carwashes, this is for you. High pressure wand, that can rinse, and spay wax. And a soap brush, that looks like a broom, that makes it easy to soap up your car quickly. Vacuums & vending machines with car care products available also.
