Had an appointment for 1PM today to get four new tires. Was told it was going to be a 2 hour wait. Called at 3 and it still wasn't being worked on. Got there right before it closed at 5 and my car was still in the lot. I took my keys and got out of there. Management is making excuses for their mishandling of employees and tools. Mavis corporate really needs to find some new management for this location and possibly a pay raise for mechanics so that they actually want to show up for work.

I ordered 2 tires on Wednesday. I was told they would be there Thursday. Friday at 8am I brought the car to Mavis for the install. At 10:30 am they told me one tire never showed up but its "on the way". It's now 3:30 pm and the tire still isn't there. Never again.

Second time I’ve been to this location only to be told something completely different at the shop when I got there. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Both times I booked with call center for emergency repairs and told they could get me in and out the same day. Both times I went, the shop told maybe by the end of the day the next day as the call center doesn’t know that the shop doesn’t have enough techs on site. It was a simple mount and balance as I needed a tire replaced but wanted 4 new ones to keep them the same brand and wear.
