After waiting over a month for my daughter’s computer that was needed to start college to even be shipped out, it is now missing in the apparent black hole of the UPS processing facility in Lafayette, LA. As a UPS my choice member I am extremely off put by the inability to track my package as advertised and the horrible customer service experience that we have been facing. The item was shipped expedited to make up for the delay in it being shipped out from Lenovo yet 6 days later and it’s no where to be found. It was shipped 2nd day air which is supposed to include Saturday delivery however it apparently still sits in the processing facility instead of being processed and delivered as promised. There is no way to contact the location directly instead I keep going through the same process over and over to have nothing resolved. I am extremely disappointed and fed up with UPS at this point.

I love our UPS driver but something has been up at the sorting facility. I have had a few packages disappear into thin air once they hit this location, this time I had to reorder the package because it was time sensitive. The package hits the Lafayette center and then gets stuck at processing. Don’t even try ton contact or show up to ups to pick it up, you’ll get no help. They don’t even allow locals to call anymore, you are sent to an external phone agent. This place was pretty awesome at one point but lately is falling apart. 2 friends of mine having the same issue with stuck packages currently. If the local driver wasn’t so pleasant I would have left a 1 star.
