Will not issue refunds!! A few hours after check in for the safari tent the tent smelt like burnt plastic and the A/C shut off. After calling the front desk someone finally came out after being told they would be right there to fix it. The tent did not zip completely when we went to bed and the screen netting was ripped so we could not zip that either. My 3 year old and wife could not sleep due to the amount of crickets bugs and spiders that got in because we couldn't close the tent. Called the office number multiple times and left a message with no call back. Finally decided to pack up and drive an hour and a half home. When i finally got in touch with someone the next morning they told me that they couldn’t refund me but we could have a credit for next season. Why would we come back when the quality and customer service is not there. I was told over the phone they knew the person before us ripped the netting and still put us there and also supposedly they just sprayed and there is always going to be bugs. For $200 a night and even more on weekends I would expect better.

The property is well put together with some fun and well kept activities. I was really happy until the bookkeeper billed me extra and instead of listening to me, was extremely rude and shut down to making it seem like it was my fault when it was very clearly theirs. Then a month later I got a double billing and instead a peaceful resolve, she continued to be extremely rude to me instead of just giving me a refund for their mistakes. I am really upset with how rude she is, and I hate to give a negative review for one person on the staff as I think everything else is great, fire her and you got a great park.

***BEWARE FOR REFUNDS*** 1 star is generous. I made a reservation in March for the beginning of August. Unfortunately due to a shift in my industry I started with a new employer and was scheduled for F/T training the weeks we were supposed to be there. I was told for a refund it required 14 days advance notice. I cancelled at 15 days. I waited a week for the refund, didn't receive so called the office and spoke with Samantha...the office mgr. After reviewing my account it was realized the card used was cancelled so Samantha agreed to mail me a check. Said it would go out the next day. I waited a week (they are in the same county), not received so I called back....Samantha wouldn't get on the phone however relayed to whomever answered "checks go out on the 1st" which was in another 5 days. I call on the 4th again Samantha will not get on the phone with me.....they all know my name (caller ID) and number at this point. The boy tells me Samantha said it went out. It is now the 9th....still no check. I call the office again and Samantha answered.....finally. She proceeded to say to me "it went out what do you want me to do". At this point conversation is heated and the owner Sean joins the call....they are both now yelling at me that its my fault because my card was cancelled. This was discussed and resolved 3 1/2 weeks ago. I was able to pull out of Samantha the check went out on the 6th....Said she never said the 1st she said she starts "WRITING the checks on the 1st". She has lied from the 1st conversation. It has been just about 4 weeks from the 1st time Samantha stated she was mailing the check that takes 2 days at most. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Be diligent with your deposits if you need to cancel, you HAVE TO stay on top of these people. VERY dishonest and Samantha hides behind the staff.

They say their dog friendly but they don't have any place to run the dogs so everything you do has to be leashed

Yes but call ahead to make sure you reserve a sight.
You can call for an onsight RV. It will be 100 for the rv and 75 for the sight. No cabins there. Mark my response helpfull. They actually close for winter months. Check on line for schedules and reserve the rv ahead of time cause in summer they go fast. There are only a few rv's on location for rent.
There is a waiting list for seasonal sites i do believe you can get 30 day sites you would have to call them on price check out the website
Vanessa's sounds about right. I do know that during the week walk-ins, drive-ins are available and you can get them. Don't be surprised if you have to move for a prior camper weekend reservation.
