This is for the actual people in the office. The online ticket sales are usually a real pain and I always end up having issues. That said, I went in for help today and was very satisfied with the customer service I received. Both the lady up front and the manager (who I never saw) helped me out! Thank you again.

I bought 2 tickets for the Idaho Stampede. They cost me $180.00. I thought I was buying them from ictickets but as it turns out, I was buying tickets from TicketSmarter who buys tickets from ictickets, raises the prices and delivers them in an electronic format to customers like me. TicketSmarter screwed up my order, lost my account information and then sent me on a WILD GOOOSE CHASE to try and recover the tickets. It proved to be impossible and I lost my money. I will never use TICKETSMARTER again. Make sure you buy from a tickets seller that will actually email your actual tickets to you.
