We are out-of-network providers for United Healthcare and while we do submit claims for visits, patients may be subject to higher copays or out-of-pocket expense according to your plan. You can certainly give our office a call and we can give an estimate of fees for our services that you can check with your insurance what your coverage might include. We do participate as in-network providers with other insurances such as Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Independent Health, Univera, Empire Plan and more.
