I’m currently in a wonderful position thanks to the help of Aidan from Hire Society! I had been seeking a new nanny position for some time and I came across a post and got in touch with Aidan right away. She was timely with her communication and showed that she was just as excited about finding me the perfect job as I was. I appreciated her assistance through the entire process and she was always available to check in with. I was lucky to get the position I had reached out to her for, but I can imagine they help try to find anyone a position that fits all parties well. I had been looking for a nanny position for a while before I was contacted by Hire Society about positions they had available. I had submitted my nanny resume to numerous positions on other nannying sites as well as on Indeed without any response. If I got a response, I would interview and never be contacted again. In the process with Hire Society, one of their recruitment specialists, Aidan Newsome, reached out to me to help me find a position that worked best for me! Immediately, we set up an interview and she was extremely helpful with any questions I had as well as keeping me informed the whole time. Within roughly a week, I had interviewed with a family and signed a contract the following day! Even then, Aidan would reach out to make sure things were going well and making sure that I had everything I needed and was prepared properly through my contract to be set up for success within this new employment opportunity.
