The office visit was great. The staff was awesome. My only disappointment was the time spent waiting. My appointment was at 2:00 and I got there a few minutes early; but I wasn't seen until about 2:45. They did apologize for the wait and yes I survived lol.

First time getting my teeth cleaned by a new hygienist. Lloyd did a great job and I had no pain. Bonus-toothpaste, toothbrush and dental floss like the good old days.

Where to start… this place use to be great. Wonderful atmosphere, caring staff, etc… when you can actually get in there. I’ve been rescheduled now 2 times. Care to take a guess how long until they could get me back in? Keep in mind I showed up to my appointment to check in and they said “ohh sorry we tried to reach you to reschedule your visit!” I checked my visual voicemail, deleted messages dating to way before when they claimed to call. You guessed it, nothing. So I figure ok I’ll bite, when can you get me back in? 10 MONTHS 😳 10 FREAKING MONTHS! Well then they do it to my daughters, who are 7 and 5. This was at least a phone call I actually received. They said they’d call back when they could figure out a day to schedule them back in. No call. Well fast forward to today and I just received a phone call for them to reschedule my appointment AGAIN which was suppose to be tomorrow afternoon. I am literally speechless.
