One of the worst electric companies I have ever dealt with in my life. Between east coast living and west coast living I have to say the west is by far the worst in terms of everything. This company is no different between the incompetent customer service reps and their lack of answering phones in a timely manner and inaccurate billing they should be shut down !!! No way people should have to continue to deal with this .
