Typically 1-2 weeks but sometimes it doesn’t even take that long. It could be a matter of days. But if you don’t hear anything back within three weeks you can resubmit in three months.

No. There will never be a legit agent/manager that will require you to pay. They only get paid a percentage of what you get paid when you book work.
