For some reason the spa has discontinued offering appointments after 5:00 pm The spa used to offer some evening hours. Guess they have decided to focus on "ladies who lunch." Can you imagine asking your boss for time off to go a spa?

Dr. Giacobbe is an amazing Doctor. He made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job on a surgery that was risky and everything turned out great. I can’t express in words the positive experience I had at WNY Plastic Surgery. Every step of the process was absolutely seamless. The receptionists were always so kind and welcoming. Nancy the Nurse Manager was very helpful to me whenever I called with questions or when I needed clarification. Above all, Dr. Giacobbe is an outstanding surgeon. He is very professional and attentive to you as a patient and your overall goal and how to achieve it. I had an augmentation and I am beyond happy with the results! I also loved that they gave me a gift with a card thanking me for choosing them, which I thought was so generous. It is clear that everything from the consultation to the last follow-up appointment was thought out with patient satisfaction in mind. I will forever recommend Dr. Giacobbe and will certainly return in the future! I also want to take a moment to mention I had a facial done by Eliza as well, which was the best facial I’ve ever gotten. Eliza really made the experience a relaxing one!

Just had my breast reduction there the office staff is absolutely lovely and kind. I am devastated with my results my healing process went really well. After I was healed I see minimal difference in my body. I can still fit in my old bras. If you go to this doctor I hope you don’t have any opinions on what you want because you won’t get them. Waste of time and money

We offer cohesive gel, gummy bear, smooth, textured, round, and shaped breast implants, with various profile options including low, medium, full, and extra full. During the consultation we do an exam, take measurements, and make recommendations for the best fit for the patient.
Breast augmentation almost always requires general anesthesia, which means patients are completely asleep. We can discuss the particulars of why this makes sense during a consultation.

Yes! We carry several different brands of skin care products, including Bioline and our own custom skin care line. You don’t need an appointment to visit us for skincare products.
When it makes sense for the patient, Dr. Giacobbe does perform a modified version of facelift that uses a smaller incision. Some people call this a “mini facelift.”
It’s possible to get pregnant after a tummy tuck, but not a good idea if you want to preserve your results. A pregnancy can stretch your skin or weaken your abdominal wall, and that can cause unpredictable changes to your results.
Yes. We provide third-party financing through CareCredit, which is a line of credit specific to medical expenses. We help patients apply for it if they're interested.
Breast augmentation is our most popular surgical procedure. Most patients find that they are able to return to work a few days after surgery.

Thank you for your question. Dr. Giacobbe performs facelifts on both men and women. We really encourage patients to come to the office to see photos of their procedure and to have a complete consultation.
We do not accept Medicaid and most insurances do not cover cosmetic plastic surgery. We do have financing available through Care Credit and patients can find a link to Care Credit on our website.
