The staff was fixated on the drive thru customers and totally neglected us at the counter until we spoke up and asked why we couldn't get helped. Then the chicken was WAY overcooked and dry to the point of being almost inedible. $30 wasted.

Chicken was drier than the sand in the Sahara desert. Soooo over cooked and hard as bricks. Potatoes were ice cold. Biscuits were like trying to eat a rock. But, the cold slaw was good.

There usually pretty nice and get orders right except for today. Got no bread roll, grilled breast was tough as leather plus no receipt. And they dont answer their phone. I will be notifying KFC corporation.
