I stayed here in August of 2021. I had a great stay! Front desk folks were very polite, rooms were renovated and super clean, and they had a working hot tub which was awesome! Easy access of I-87. I certainly recommend staying here!

Checking in, Greg at the late night desk was fab in getting us setup up with 2 kids in tow. Thanks man. The rooms are clean. Next morning, breakfast was great. I left my expensive shoe in the room and they shipped it to me in one week, thanks Jessica 😉👍

Deeply frustrating with my stay on 3/19/22. Came with 7 of my friends, and we booked 3 rooms. During the arrival night, one of us changed rooms because of non-functioning exhaust fan, and lock in the bathroom. When I stepped inside the room (102) it was infested with bugs in the bathroom. We thought its just in the bathroom, and was starting to un-pack the luggage, but there were bugs coming out of bed as well. We immediately vacated the room to get out to lobby for complaining, nobody was there. All 7 of us shared a single room and didn't get proper sleep at all. Above all the next day when we tried to speak with manager Jessica Brown - she was not available at the place. We were given a business card to contact her. We called 5 times on 3/21, 6 times on 3/22 - NO RESPONSE FROM HER. It is my worst experience ever with the history of Holiday Inn. The hotel chain must take a look at this particular place and particular manager. Not only rooms, even the pantry is infested with bugs. I've video proofs for all the comments that I made here, and I showed the same during the checkout. Shame on you Holiday Inn.
