Yes, there is a spot on the 5th floor that I know about, and I believe there are others.
Yes, cats are allowed if you have one already when you move in. I believe the rules were being revised to allow cats in general, but with some restrictions. I believe dogs are allowed but there too, restrictions apply (especially size!).
There is a lot of apartments for people who will be retiring soon. Personal care living 30 rooms and long term more then 60
