I lived in a studio apartment here with a dog and we absolutely loved it! The place had beautiful amenities and the staff was always super helpful and attentive. My studio had a divider between the kitchen/living room area and my bedroom which made it feel a lot bigger! The in-unit w/d was such a useful and important amenity to have as well. The pool was nice to enjoy in the warmer months and the fire pit was great in the cooler months. Being close to a running trail made seeing the town of Schenectady & the beauty of the Mohawk river quick and easy. I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Aesthetically this apartment is very pleasing. The amenities are wonderful as well. I want to say everything at Riverhosue is great. However, that would be a lie. The walls are very thin and it's extremely loud living here. Construction outside starts very early sometimes around 6am. Other intrinsic renovations going on inside are also extremely loud, coupled with the thin walls. It's almost impossible to sleep in without being woken up by the horrendous sound of loud trucks, saws, or hammers. The constant construction is a nightmare. This isn't an exaggeration to any extent and I would be extremely weary of this when deciding to rent here. If you seek peace and quiet Riverhouse is not for you.
