Service Animals are always welcome but not sure about pets it can get extremely crowded inside with not much room to move around especially during hockey season so if your pet doesnt like to be aroynd lots of people i would not recommend. But they are allowed at the park.

You would have to check their web page. They are open everyday but not just for any skating open skating is Sundays but I believe it is later in the evening. You can also call to check for the schedule.
