This was a wonderful experience from the beginning a year ago. These folks are SO helpful and professional and really nice to deal with! The only reason I moved out was that my new apt building finally offered storage space on the property. Someone working here decided to give the date and times I accessed my storage locker to a 3rd Party not on the lease. The 3rd Party was just some crazy lady who knew I had a storage locker here; she was not a police officer or anything like that. She had absolutely no business knowing how and when I visited MY storage locker, and yet someone working the front desk decided to tell her anyway. Crazy Lady then used this information to harass me and complain to the actual police (who laughed at her ramblings, but it was nevertheless annoying to me.) Anyway, I cannot recommend this Public Storage since they were so loose with my account information. What's next? Will they give randos from the street my contact information? Credit card info? I'm not taking that chance.
