I had gotten my nails done one a Friday. I did tips because my nails were really short with powder (sns). By Sunday night I went to open my vehicle door and my nail broke, the tips of it, the Monday morning went to open my gate and again another tip broke off. So I went in on Monday afternoon and got them fixed for free bc they are supposed to last up to 2 weeks. I had broken 3 tips off in less than a week. They do not put enough powder on them to keep them strong. I asked for an extra dip and they refused. I will b taking my business elsewhere bc they truly don't know what they are doing.

I was getting sns done, with fake tips. I expressed unhappiness with the length of the first nail they cut, but they didn't do anything. They continued and now none of my nails are the same length and are much shorter than I wanted. I asked for coffin and they gave me square with rounded edges. Didn't listen, terrible service. If you're going to be doing people's nails, at least learn the shapes they're going to ask for 🙄

I went to Cortland Nails tonight on a whim before vacation, it IS a bit expensive but they were polite and they did a great job on my gel mani/pedi. I got pink/white french with a flower design! I think what I liked the most was the girl who did my nails and painted my toes actually spoke English VERY well. I only pamper myself once or twice a year and I would go back. Like I said it's pretty pricey but for a treat it was nice.
