Will never stay here again. Toilet was filthy, remained filthy after “maid service”, mold in the shower, room didn’t even get cleaned on second day. “Breakfast” was cold cereal and under ripened bananas. Coffee cups didn’t have lids. NO ELEVATOR How can there be no elevator? Wishing there was a negative 5 stars choice. The building may be under renovation, however the cleaning staff needs a major overhaul as well. Would not recommend. Unprofessional staff Yikes Book elsewhere

The lobby is very nice the pool was clear as well. Our room was clean and smelled fine. However they were renovating and there was a mess here and there that could of been cleaned better thru out the hotel. The free breakfast was great. Fruit, cereal, toast and make your own waffle bar.

No microwave, no fridge, and even basic amenities are sparse. Chose to use some of my reward points in this hotel and am not impressed. They are remodeling and shouldn't even be renting right now. When I asked for a microwave I was told they had some in a closet on other side of hotel. Front desk didn't even offer to get for me they just told me to get myself. No breakfast offered. Pool is closed. Gym is closed. It snowed and sidewalks only half scrapped with no salt. Rooms are clean though. Once remodels done I think it'll be better.

Location was great, right off of I-81. Difficult to find "lobby entrance", as it had no obvious signage and looked just like a guest entrance. Lobby was very basic, but employees were nice. Overall decor in the lobby, hallways, and stairs was dated, but our room was very nice! Upgraded flooring, decor and bedding. No toiletries or anything in the bathroom, but overall very clean! If I had to pick one thing that was really a negative it would be that our room's air conditioning was not cold, more of like just blowing air. It wasn't unbearable, but it would have made sleeping much more enjoyable in July. Overall, for what we paid, it did the job and was comfortable and clean!
