They run 3 restaurants and only one hotel. The hotel is run down and is not in good shape. If you arrive after 9 pm during the week, you have to call someone that does not have there voice mail setup. Then you might have to sit there for over an hour to get your key to your room. I ask for a bottom floor room when I booked. I was on the top floor. They did not want to move me or my dad and aunt to others rooms. The maintenance is not being done. There is dripping faucets and shower heads. The furniture is outdated. No screens in the windows. Power went out for 2 days. Not a member of management or the owners came to check on their guess. It seems that the owners only care about their restaurants.

OMG! Freds is a hidden gem. Up from Florida to transact family business. The room was clean & comfortable after a long trip and a respite after days of heavy lifting. The food was OUTSTANDING! We were treated very well!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Mother’s Day brunch at Fred’s. From the moment we walked through the door until the time we left, the service was outstanding. Everyone was professional and courteous and the food was awesome. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for such a wonderful visit!
