Called and asked what color a part was that they had on shelf, owner said, “I don’t know” and I said “you don’t know the color of the part on the shelf?” And he replied, “That’s what I just fxcking said right?”. I said I have to drive from Fort Lewis and I just wanted to check before hand and he said, “then don’t fxcking come.” Dudes a real piece of work. Don’t bring your business to them.

Just got off the phone with a rep, ended up hanging up on me when I kindly asked if he could go lower a little bit on the price & told me why I am bothering him on Monday morning. Hopefully he isn’t the manager of the place. Which if he would’ve just said No, I would go somewhere else without any rudeness & attitude. Have a good day. Maybe the next experience will be better.,

If I could give this place a minus I would.I was looking for a steering column. They told my mechanic 275 plus exchange but when I went there it was you need to bring us your old one first. Or pay 250 core charge.so I left came back with the 250core charge.the truth is they wanted my old one so they could put my switches on Theirs and charge me 275 when I told then my mechanic can do that.just sell me the new ill pay the core charge and get it back when I retun.they refused to sell me the column . Said find somewhere else.i did internet 200 dollars
