A very nice clean hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. It has a lovely pool and hot tub. Our room was clean and organized. The breakfast was great, with a nice selection of items, hot and cold. A great hotel if you can't get into the casino or want a cheaper alternative. There is also a free shuttle bus to the casino and bingo hall. But be aware it can get busy with sport events teams. My only criticism is the parking stalls are a little too narrow and parking can be limited.

I am a veteran that went thru hard times and became homeless. I was put in this hotel for a place to live, somewhere to call home. After having my best friend stay the night and a few guest come and go I was told that we weren’t allowed any guest to visit or stay the night on the weekend. That included any family As well! Another time I had a coworker that was giving me a ride to work join me for breakfast. We were approached and they told him he had to pay and leave the building. After being there for over a month I was told I could not stay there any longer. I ended up being kicked out with no place to go. What really got to me was how the people that call the hotel home are treated differently than the others that don’t!? The manager Rachel was really bossy and not professional at all. Out of all the staff, I found the maids really were the most kind, respectful, hard working as well as friendly! I really hope and prey that this gets out to as many people as possible and they change the way the other vets still there are treated!

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast wasn't bad. Parking is complimentary. The area is fairly safe just in case you're concerned leaving your car in their parking lot. Great location: near Tulalip casino, outlet mall, and lots of good restaurants nearby. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the washroom toilet is not 100% clean when we checked in. Also the building itself looks old and inside it smells like an old building. Other than that everything is good! Will definitely check in again.

Nice little hotel. Very friendly staff and decently clean rooms. Breakfast was adequate for having something before heading out the door. The casino shuttle stops by every half hour, so that's a perk if you plan on visiting Tulalip.
