We have our 2nd vaccine shot scheduled for March 23rd. We are only two people in a 1400 sq ft bakery. We wash our hands, wear gloves and wipe down our prep tables a few times a day.

What is the difference between the new York philly west coast and german versions? Are they just shaped different or is there a difference in the cooking/recipe?
