This was our second visit to a Jellystone and we were a little underwhelmed for the price. Our cabins were nice and the swimming options were nice (pools and pond); our kids loved the inflatables. The whole campground was very rundown though; I understand covid has been tough and I’m sure funding has been tight but it looks like this is years worth of decay. Maybe in just comparing/hoping based on our other Jellystone stay, but it was overpriced for the experience.

Extremely clean, family friendly campground with a theme park feel! There were so many fun activities for the whole family to enjoy. The staff were nice and helpful. This is our new favorite place to camp. It's also very accessible with cabins for rent that have wheelchair ramps. There were no lifts at the pools but there's upgrades happening and I'm hoping that is something they eventually add. The first bathroom stall is the wheelchair accessible one in the main bathroom which was so nice to see! We love, love, LOVE this place!!! Also, the dog parks were a huge plus!

They need to update there website. The restaurant had not been open since pre-covid. We came Friday night expecting there fish fry and ended up with pizza (which was so so). The sites are tight, they truly try and pack in the campers. Didn't like how teens zipped through the site on golf carts all day and most of the night. Another issue was the lifeguard at the pool near the clubhouse. She needs a major attitude adjustment. I understand she gets her lunch break from 2-3. No need to yell at ppl for sitting around the pool. Especially when no signs are posted about not being around or in pool when no lifeguard is around. I saw a chain and lock by the entrance. Use it if you don't want anyone in or around the pool. I'm new to camping and this is not a memory I want for my family. Not likely to return to this park. Now most of the other employees are doing the best with what there given to work with.

After reserving a rustic cabin #3 "Boo Boo Bear" for two back to back business visits, for four nights each, I wouldn't stay here again and I certainly wouldn't bring my family. Showers in men's "comfort zone" simply didn't work; water trickled and didn't actually get hot. Office seemed to be open very short hours in the weekdays making it hard to communicate. So nothing was done about showers until the last day I was there. Wood was to be delivered before I arrived to my cabin each Sunday before I arrived, and never did receive it, even after repeated calls and emails. Lack of preparation led to staff literally questioning my integrity at check-in regarding amenities quoted for my length of stays. Heater/AC unit had mystery plug short that caused the unit to turn off randomly. Woke quite cold more than once due to the issue. Also made the bedroom lights flicker. Spooky and probably a fire hazard. Poor experience overall. I should have stayed, well, anywhere else. Strict "no refund on paid reservation" policy meant I was stuck here or out the costs I prepaid. I understand why the policy is in place, people would not stay long after arriving! Certainly ruined what could have been an otherwise joyful visit to the area for work training.

September is halloween month. Tricker treat for kids and a haunted house.
Don't know but they do and crank Tunes. If you want to go to a place and party and drink and have a good time that's the place if you want to go somewhere with your kids and camp and have quietness that's not the place
They normally don't allow dogs in the cabins. You would have to call to double check about your service dog.
Yes you can bring your dog. It must be leashed and in your control at all times. I'm not sure if they have a "breed" restriction.
A new water park is being installed. Hopefully ready by this weekend. Rock river is approximately 4 miles to put tubes in
The sleeper cabins (without the bathroom) have a grilling grate that goes over the fire.

It depends on if you're doing primitive or Deluxe the Primitive cabins are just basically a cabin with outside water and there's a porta-potty the deluxe cabins are like a small Park Model trailer
Yes you can they will want to check it out and make sure the lights and brakes are working for safety reasons
Not directly from the campground. You can go to a nearby boat launch and do it.
