Stood waiting for 2 clerks to finish with 2 customers. Should be my turn, nope took calls that were on hold. A 4th customer walked up to the counter and Tom promptly waited on him. I left. Went to Advanced Auto parts got friendly greeting and prompt service. O'Reilly will not get any of my patronage ever. Pls go elsewhere.

Stephanie was amazing, as someone who knows nothing about cars she installed my window blades for me and didn't make me feel like I was stupid for asking for help. 10/10 service. I really hope a manager or corporate sees this!
